Responsibilities

  • Support field team in quoting scenarios across US; primary sales operations support for EMEA, Canada and Japan.
  • Approve quotes and orders, resolve CPQ contract issues and ensure renewal opportunities auto-populate.
  • Manage renewal pipeline and associated revenue as assigned. Focus on customer satisfaction, full-year communication and possible account growth.
  • Strategize with Sales Directors to support expansion sales opportunities in existing accounts.
  • Manage the oversight and troubleshooting for Support Portal, Partner Portal, Deal Registrations etc.
  • Respond and resolve inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Create, maintain, and utilize control reports to improve salesforce data integrity.
  • Create and maintain sales operations process documents to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Support price list and contract management within RedSeal as well as with global distributors.
  • Use data and reporting to support Sales Directors and Sales Leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ functionality to identify and recommend improvements/automation which will further scale current processes.
  • Approach each job task with attention to detail, problem solving and analytical mindset.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Deal Desk, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly curious, analytical, motivated, and process-oriented individual.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve operational process and system issues.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) tools.
  • Ability to understand a complex system architecture in which data flows between interconnected systems, managed by different teams.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success.
