In this role, you’ll be key in shaping RedSeal’s go-to-market strategy, driving demand, and increasing brand awareness through exciting, data-driven marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing and activating killer campaigns across all channels, with the analytical superpowers to optimize performance and fuel our growth engine.

What you will do
  • Design and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive engagement and demand among key buyers and influencers (email, digital, paid media, webinars, events, etc.).
  • Manage and optimize database marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, nurturing, and growth programs.
  • Lead the strategy for paid campaigns, leveraging social media, industry channels, and display ads to maximize reach while optimizing digital channels.
  • Use a data-driven approach to measure, test, and optimize campaign performance, delivering executive-ready reports to guide future investments.
  • Support the development of strategic field marketing plans to build awareness and demand for a range of industry go-to-market efforts.  
  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure campaigns align with target markets and personas.
  • Help enhance account-based marketing (ABM) efforts to accelerate sales opportunities within high-value client segments.
  • Own and manage HubSpot, ABM tools, Salesforce, and external vendors contributing to demand generation.
  • Prioritize and achieve in an environment that requires fresh thinking and new ideas. Make recommendations for process and results improvements.  

What you will bring with you
  • 7+ years marketing experience in B2B software demand generation, cybersecurity a plus.
  • Experience working across teams and departments in a collaborative fashion to get things done. 
  • Experience with SEO/SEM including best practices to drive traffic and generate high-quality leads.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems, such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, Rollworks, and LinkedIn, and navigating Salesforce to understand campaign performance and the status of leads throughout the funnel.
  • Experience identifying new opportunities and improved methods to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and sales opportunity acceleration.  
  • Experience interpreting data, creating insights and articulating applicable campaign optimization changes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

  • Knowledge of emerging trends and a passion for research!
  • Experience in data management, compliance, governance, quality, and measurement  
  • Strong general project management skills to help create alignment across groups; ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute.  
  • Ability to represent the marketing department and its programs to internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional marketing and business teams.
